1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jj33 Casino ("jj33," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jj33 Casino website, mobile platform, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

jj33 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you fail to meet any of the above requirements. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the jj33 Platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one (1) jj33 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must promptly update your account information if any details change. jj33 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jj33 will never request your password through any channel.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify jj33 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. jj33 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access prior to notification.
• Account Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting jj33 customer support. Pending wagering requirements, outstanding bonuses, or active self-exclusion periods may affect the timing of account closure and fund withdrawal.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) & Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, jj33 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. The KYC process may require you to submit:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (accepted documents include: SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, UMID, driver's license, Philippine passport, or Postal ID).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document issued within the last three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name).

jj33 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality pending completion of KYC verification. 5. Deposits & Payments

jj33 accepts deposits through the following payment methods approved for use in the Philippines:

• GCash (instant processing)
• PayMaya / Maya (instant processing)
• Philippine bank transfer — BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank (processing times vary by bank)
• Debit card linked to a Philippine bank account

The following payment methods are strictly NOT accepted by jj33:

• Cryptocurrency of any kind (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset)
• Credit cards (prohibited for online gambling deposits under Philippine regulations)

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jj33 does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Deposits are generally credited to your jj33 account instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used.

jj33 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in violation of these Terms. All funds deposited into your jj33 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your jj33 account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• jj33 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited upon withdrawal request.
• jj33 reserves the right to withhold or void winnings obtained through fraudulent means, system errors, or in violation of these Terms.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

jj33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jj33 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits may not be eligible for certain promotions.

• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.

8. Gameplay & Fair Play

jj33 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following rules apply to all gameplay on the Platform:

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jj33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts in violation of the One Account Policy.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate deposit transaction.

10. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jj33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or system errors.
• Loss or corruption of data, including account information or transaction history.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

jj33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jj33 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit jj33's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

14. Amendments to These Terms

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated at the top. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and jj33, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jj33 customer support. jj33 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with jj33's resolution of a complaint may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
